Fizzbook Spin

This laptop has been designed with students and indeed kids in mind, it is drop tested to 50cm and has a tough outer case to protect from accidental damage and rough handling. The Fizzbook Spin also comes with student friendly software in the shape of the Intel Learning Series and Smart Classroom Suite software.

Spec-wise it has a 1.6Ghz Intel Atom processor, 1GB of RAM and a 60GB hard drive as standard, not stunningly high spec but for running academic type apps on an XP OS its more than enough. The screen is a small but decent 8.9″ and the whole unit weighs just 1.35kg.

Available from around £370 in the UK the Fizzbook Spin is perfect for homework.
